Who We Are
XWDtech (Shenzhen Xiangweida Precision Hardware Co., Ltd.)
is a high-technology manufacturing group with four core
business divisions. Our foundation is a materials
laboratory established in 2011, where we developed the
proprietary X-Series aluminum alloys now used in Intel
and TSMC computing modules. From alloy R&D to die
casting, CNC machining, plastic molding, and assembly —
we deliver complete manufacturing solutions from
Shenzhen, China.
Industry-Leading Technology
Our proprietary X-Series aluminum alloys deliver thermal conductivity up to 227 W/m·K — more than double the industry standard. This technology has been recognized and adopted by Intel and TSMC for their next-generation computing modules.
Large-Scale Plastics Manufacturing
Our plastics division operates at significant scale with advanced precision injection molding, vacuum coating, and surface finishing capabilities — holding ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, and IATF16949 certifications across a broad range of industries.
